digital and traditional printing, and finishing of knitwear and fabrics. The business strategy is based on

growth and evolution, we intend to hire a:
INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE ENGINEER (M/F)
Main tasks:
- Managing and coordinating the team of maintenance technicians, ensuring the maintenance, safety and continuous improvement of production equipment and factory facilities;
- Drawing up, planning, organizing and managing maintenance plans (corrective, preventive and conditioned);
- Planning, organizing and ensuring the maintenance of industrial equipment and manufacturing facilities, in accordance with established specifications and standards;
- Plan and monitor the installation, preparation and testing of industrial machinery and equipment;
- Ensuring communication with the different functional areas of the company, guaranteeing the availability of machinery and the good state of repair of the manufacturing facilities, in accordance with the defined objectives;
- Establishing, managing and controlling contracts with service providers and/or suppliers that support industrial maintenance activities.
- Drawing up, implementing and managing performance indicators aimed at monitoring and promoting a culture of continuous process improvement and increasing productivity, effectiveness and efficiency.
What we are looking for
- Higher education in the field of Electrical/Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Management or similar;
- Proven experience in the area of industrial maintenance (min 3 years) in an industrial environment (an eliminating factor) and in the textile sector (a preferential factor);
- Leadership and team management skills;
- Analytical, critical and results-oriented profile;
- Proactivity, good communication skills and the ability to manage stress in a multitasking environment;
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
